Your Powerlync Plug will show you the energy your whole home is using in real time, right when you’re using it. Knowing exactly what you’re using can help you make better decisions on how to save energy and money. The Powerlync Plug connects wirelessly to your smart meter.
The Powerlync Plug also acts as a smart plug that monitors the usage of the device you have plugged into it. Turn any device into a smart device, use the smart plug feature to control an appliance from anywhere.
In addition to giving live energy feedback, the Powerlync also connects wirelessly to a small number of compatible Zigbee smart devices. Through your HydroHome app, you can control your compatible Zigbee smart devices such as light bulbs, plugs, thermostats, and load controllers to create your smart home.

Important considerations
For Live Energy Data
- The Powerlync must be within 30 ft of your smart meter. With minimal exterior obstructions (trees, outbuildings, etc)
- Not suitable for multi-unit residential buildings where smart meters are kept in a distant meter-room or basement/parkade area.
